What is Your Service? 
Service is made up of two parts one communications and the other is delivery. Communications is simply the action of sending and receiving messages. Messages that are based on principles and values are the foundation that a business can stand on and deliver. Delivery is fulfilling on a promise. Promises that are sincerely created stand in principles and values. A business team can honor a promise because they fully understand the reciprocal nature of giving and receiving. Being loyal to one’s promises create loyal customers. Having principles or values set the core reason for the business for being. It provides the vision and direction the business is moving in and is dependent on how well it performs over time. It says how / what to communicate and the type of service that is delivered. It shapes the expectations, loyalty and views of the customers. However, when a business take steps into doing business without principles and values it is operating on a weak foundation that will eventually give way and fall.
